Marketing Operations Specialist

About the role

ESO is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to manage lead flow from initial contact to sales development representatives and to build the data foundation for the marketing pipeline. The role involves processing leads, running campaign operations in Salesforce, managing list uploads, and ensuring clean, consistent data for accurate attribution reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Operationalize AI in marketing by building and maintaining Claude Skills for tasks such as list preparation, lead assignment checks, data cleanup, campaign setup, and reporting.
• Create and manage Salesforce campaigns for events, webinars, paid media, content, and outbound programs, ensuring consistent naming and hierarchy.
• Run list uploads from events, trade shows, webinars, and purchased sources into Salesforce and HubSpot, cleaning and deduplicating records before entry.
• Monitor lead assignment to SDRs and MDRs, distribute lists with contextual information, and keep lead status and lifecycle stages accurate.
• Maintain UTM standards, track campaign sources, and build reports for marketing attribution and pipeline influence.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce lead and campaign management, including data imports and reporting.
• Experience supporting lead handoff to sales development teams.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
• Strong analytical skills with large spreadsheets, lookups, deduplication, and data cleanup.
