Growth & Commercial Strategy Manager – Consumer Goods

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Growth & Commercial Strategy Manager to lead a near‑shore team in Costa Rica, delivering commercial transformation for consumer‑goods clients across the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead the CG&S team in the Costa Rica Global Network node, handling hiring, onboarding and capability development.
• Set delivery standards, quality controls and reusable accelerators for scalable engagements.
• Design growth, market‑entry and route‑to‑market strategies for consumer‑goods brands in emerging and developed markets.
• Shape pricing, revenue‑growth and promotion‑effectiveness strategies using data and AI‑driven insights.
• Lead proposal development, solution design and business origination across Market Units.

Required profile

• 10+ years post‑MBA experience with a consulting background; consumer‑goods industry experience is a strong plus.
• Proven people‑leadership experience building and managing high‑performing teams.
• Ability to run complex programs end‑to‑end while maintaining quality, scope and timelines.
• Strong executive communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
• Analytical rigor with data‑driven decision making.
• Adaptability to fast‑changing environments and cross‑cultural competence.
