About the role
We are seeking a Global Performance & Career Operations Specialist to lead performance management, talent reviews and succession planning across our worldwide workforce using Workday. The role is based in Heredia, Costa Rica and operates in a hybrid model, combining office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end performance review cycles, including goal setting, mid‑year and annual evaluations.
- Configure, maintain and optimize Workday Talent Management settings, templates, business processes and reporting.
- Support global succession planning and talent review initiatives.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, HRIS and business leaders to ensure data accuracy and consistent processes.
- Build and maintain dashboards and analytics for workforce and leadership planning.
- Drive governance, compliance, continuous improvement and an exceptional user experience.
Required profile
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Proven experience with Workday Talent & Performance Management.
- Background in talent management operations, succession planning and global HR operations.
- Experience in HRIS/people systems and people analytics/reporting.
