About the role

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online strategies and boost the brand’s visibility. The ideal candidate enjoys data analysis, mastering digital tools, and delivering measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and maximize ROI.
• Improve the brand’s digital positioning through SEM and SEO strategies.
• Set up, monitor, and report performance metrics on Google, Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
• Produce regular performance reports, analyses, and improvement proposals based on key KPIs.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proven experience managing campaigns on Google, Meta and TikTok.
• Solid knowledge of SEO techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role.

• Daytime cumulative schedule, Monday to Friday.

• Monthly salary ranging from CRC 700,000 to CRC 900,000, based on qualifications.
