GenAI Engineer – Remote, Flexible Hours

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid, fully remote AI training program. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate responses for quality, and create coding challenges that help improve model performance. No prior AI experience is required, making this an ideal project‑based, asynchronous opportunity for engineers at any level.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
