Freelance Talent Acquisition Recruiter – LATAM

About the role

Strider is expanding its network of independent recruiters across Latin America. As a freelance Talent Acquisition Recruiter you will promote Strider's tech positions to your own network and guide candidates through our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Promote open Strider positions to developers and tech professionals in your region.
• Encourage candidates to create and complete their profiles on the Strider platform.
• Share your unique referral link and track sign‑ups, hires, and referrals.
• Earn commissions for each successful hire and profile completion.

Required profile

• Independent recruiter, career coach, community leader, or tech influencer.
• Based in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay, Chile, Costa Rica, or Peru.
• Familiarity with the software engineering market (experience recruiting developers is a plus).
• Organised, proactive and excellent communication skills.
