Execution & Relationship Manager - ICRM

About the role

The Execution & Relationship Manager – ICRM role, also referred to as a Learning Advisor Senior Analyst, is a senior position within Citigroup’s Human Resources function. The role focuses on designing, delivering and evaluating learning and development initiatives that support business performance, cultural growth and capability building across the assigned region or product line.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business leaders to identify L&D opportunities and develop tailored learning strategies.
• Conduct gap analyses, determine root causes and define measurable solutions to close current‑future state gaps.
• Lead the execution of learning programs, monitor progress and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional HR teams to ensure an integrated learning experience.
• Implement consistent measurement frameworks to assess training effectiveness.
• Manage learning budgets for assigned projects and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
• Stay informed on external market trends and anticipate future capability needs.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in learning and development or related HR functions, preferably at a senior analyst level.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate complex issues and prioritize actions.
• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders.
• Leadership experience in coaching, training and guiding teams.
• Sound judgment in risk assessment and adherence to compliance standards.
