ETL/Data Engineer - Remote

About the role

INDI, a recruiter connecting companies with top talent, is hiring a remote ETL/Data Engineer. The role involves designing and implementing data processing systems and ETL pipelines that turn raw data into actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data processing systems
• Build and optimize data architectures supporting efficient extraction, transformation and loading
• Implement data quality checks and monitoring systems
• Work with data analysts and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and cost-effectiveness
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex pipeline issues while keeping systems stable

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in ETL development, data engineering or related fields
• Advanced level of English

• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python
• Data processing frameworks and data warehousing concepts
• Data modeling and performance optimization
• Version control and data pipeline orchestration tools
• Data quality assurance and monitoring best practices
