Especialista en Paid Media

About the role

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute and optimise digital media campaigns that drive business results across six Latin American countries. The role is based in Escazú, San José, Costa Rica and works in a hybrid model with two days a week on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch Paid Media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital platforms for a regional operation.
• Set up campaign structures, objectives, audiences, budgets, bids, creatives and conversion events.
• Manage Search, Display, Video, Social, remarketing and acquisition campaigns, creating media plans per country, product and funnel stage.
• Monitor daily performance, identify anomalies, troubleshoot technical issues and optimise budgets and pacing.
• Conduct quality‑assurance checks before and after launch, run A/B tests on audiences, messages, creatives and landing pages.
• Analyse key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CVR, CTR, CPC, CPA, LTV and conversion volume and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Digital Strategy Lead and Growth Marketing Manager on budget allocation and investment strategies.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, analytical and tech‑native professional with a solid understanding of the full digital ecosystem from campaign set‑up to measurement and attribution.
• Experience managing multi‑country paid media operations and handling budgets efficiently.
• Fluent in Spanish and able to work with technical English documentation.
