Entry-Level Candidate Care Coordinator

About the role

Korn Ferry is looking for an Entry-Level Candidate Care Coordinator to support a new client. The role ensures a smooth and efficient hiring experience by coordinating activities across the candidate lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate key hiring steps and maintain recruitment process flow.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in volume recruiting, administrative, customer service, or call‑center environments.
• 2+ years working with databases and Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
