Employee Services Representative

About the role

The Employee Services Representative joins World Vision’s People & Culture team to act as the front‑line customer service hub for staff worldwide. You will deliver timely HR support, manage help‑desk inquiries, and assist with onboarding and administration for both local employees and International Assignees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line HR customer service for Global Centre staff and International Assignees via help‑desk inboxes.
• Tri­age complex HR requests and route them to the appropriate People & Culture specialist or business partner.
• Maintain employee records, manage local onboarding/off‑boarding, and support employee programs such as service awards.
• Administer statutory and local employee benefits, payroll inquiries, and vendor invoicing.
• Support International Assignee contracts, banking set‑up, and shipment logistics.
• Conduct periodic satisfaction surveys to improve help‑desk effectiveness.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to resolve HR queries quickly.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with internal stakeholders.
• Organised and detail‑oriented, capable of handling multiple administrative tasks.
• Experience working with HR processes, onboarding, and employee record management.
