Employee Experience Partner

About the role

The Employee Experience Partner will help shape a high‑quality employee experience for Experian’s Costa Rica operation. Working closely with the Employee Experience Manager, HR Business Partners and other stakeholders, the role bridges strategy and execution to ensure consistent, employee‑centric services across the entire employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and coordinate internal activities, programs, and initiatives to reinforce the Experian Way, People First culture, and core values.
• Support employee engagement and retention goals through locally relevant initiatives and consistent delivery experience.
• Manage and promote employee recognition, engagement activities, ERG initiatives, I&B programs, and well‑being actions.
• Partner with EX Specialists and HR Partners to ensure a positive end‑to‑end employee journey from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Support the delivery of a strong local onboarding experience, including coordination of sessions, materials, communications, and employee guidance.
• Act as a key support point for employee‑facing people services, helping employees and leaders navigate HR processes, requirements, and available programs.
• Serve as the local listening ambassador within the regional team, representing Costa Rica and aligning with global goals.
• Contribute to listening strategies (e.g., Pulse Surveys, GPTW) and support action planning based on engagement insights.
