Employee Experience & Benefits Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑moving transformation at PMI as an Employee Experience & Benefits Manager. You will support People & Culture (P&C) Services in building a people‑centric organization, driving innovative employee‑experience initiatives and overseeing the benefits portfolio across Central America and the Caribbean.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the customer champion within P&C Services, establishing governance frameworks and service‑management mechanisms.
• Monitor and report P&C performance against expectations for innovation, relevance, leadership, consistency and quality.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with internal stakeholders and promote a customer‑centric mindset across the team.
• Develop a deep understanding of the end‑to‑end employee journey to continuously improve the employee experience.
• Oversee the Central America and Caribbean benefits portfolio, ensuring offerings are meaningful, flexible, cost‑effective and aligned with local market needs and PMI standards.
• Communicate and administer benefits programs, coordinating with the LA Shared Services Center, IA Team and other P&C functions.
• Stay abreast of market trends and best practices, leveraging research to position PMI as a leader in flexible benefits.
• Manage International Assignments & Benefits and lead the design, deployment and sustainability of the Customer Centricity approach within the Product & Experience Delivery team.

• Experience in employee experience, benefits administration or related HR functions.
