About the role
The school is seeking a certified teacher to provide instruction for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students using a total communication approach for the 2026‑2027 school year.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver classroom instruction to Deaf and Hard of Hearing learners using total communication methods.
Required profile
- Valid California Deaf and Hard‑of‑Hearing Disabilities Credential (detailed copy required).
- American Sign Language proficiency.
- Current letters of recommendation (three, dated within one year, wet‑signed).
- Online EDJoin application, cover letter addressed to Jennifer Flores, and resume.
- EL Authorization and Autism Authorization Spectrum Credential copies if applicable.
Required skills
- American Sign Language (ASL) proficiency.
