Site Supervisor (After School Programs)

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead the day‑to‑day operations of our Expanded Learning after‑school programs. Reporting to the Field Supervisor, this role ensures safe, high‑quality experiences for students while supporting teachers and administrative staff.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing, scheduling and placement of qualified personnel for after‑school activities.
• Maintain a safe environment by overseeing safety protocols, emergency procedures and facility inspections.
• Manage program logistics, including curriculum implementation, resource allocation and quality monitoring.
• Provide administrative support to teachers, handle student inquiries, and assist with record‑keeping.
• Monitor program performance, collect feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance student outcomes.

Required profile

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• At least 48 college units completed or successful completion of the NCLB test.
• Minimum three years of experience working with youth.
• At least two years of supervisory experience as a Site Coordinator or in a similar Expanded Learning role.
• Three recent letters of recommendation (within six months).
• Copy of college transcript and proof of high school graduation.
