Technical Instructor – HPE Networking Aruba

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Technical Instructor to deliver high‑impact training on HPE Networking Aruba solutions. The role is hybrid, requiring on‑site presence in the Heredia office two days per week and supporting North American time zones with occasional global delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging technical training in classroom, virtual, and event‑based environments covering campus access, switching, cloud‑based network management, security, and SD‑WAN.
• Support the full training lifecycle: consult customers, scope requirements, tailor delivery, run beta courses, certification workshops, and proctor exams.
• Prepare for new technologies, assist with course launches, and provide feedback to course development teams.
• Represent HPE Networking Education Services with professionalism and a strong customer‑success mindset.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical training, pre‑sales, network consulting, or implementation/support of LAN/WAN/security products.
• Strong wireless networking background plus expertise in switching, security, and cloud‑based network management.
• HPE Aruba Networking Certified Professional – Campus Access certification and one or more of ACP‑S, ACP‑NS, or APC‑Central.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English and ability to travel up to 50%.
