Cybersecurity Automation & Continuous Compliance Analyst

About the role

The Cybersecurity Automation & Continuous Compliance Analyst will support TD SYNNEX’s continuous compliance program by designing and implementing automated solutions that monitor and report on security controls. This role combines cloud engineering, DevOps, and cybersecurity expertise to reduce manual effort and increase visibility into risk.

Key responsibilities

• Develop integrations between cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, asset management, and governance platforms.
• Build automated workflows that collect, validate, and report on control effectiveness using APIs and AI capabilities.
• Support continuous control monitoring across critical business and technology environments.
• Create dashboards, metrics, and reports that provide insight into cybersecurity risk and control performance.
• Review cloud and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments for alignment with security requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud engineering, DevOps, or related technical fields.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• API development and integration.
• Scripting/automation with Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
• Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, CloudFormation.
• Understanding of cybersecurity controls and risk management concepts.
