About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our global team supporting healthcare, life‑science and electronics solutions. The role involves handling customer transactions, resolving inquiries and ensuring accurate order processing across multiple sales channels.
Key responsibilities
- Execute accurate customer transactions and maintain high‑quality service.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Enter and manage internal and external orders and quotations.
- Investigate and resolve order, shipment, loss, damage and credit/rebill situations.
- Use Oracle, SAP, Salesforce and other internal tools to maintain customer data.
- Support sales teams with order placement, status updates and complaint handling.
- Collaborate with Technical Service, Finance and Distribution for seamless operations.
- Follow ISO, Sarbanes‑Oxley and audit requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 + year of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
- Strong PC skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable attendance and ability to prioritize tasks.
