Operations Associate (Bilingual French/English)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Operations Associate to serve as the single point of entry for customer cases in both French and English. The role supports credit and underwriting activities, customer service, cash application, and accounts receivable functions across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound emails and calls related to credit line requests, increases, and status updates.
• Provide customer service for disputes, account changes, merchant reimbursements, authorizations, billing, and invoice processing.
• Perform manual cash application, guide users on payment portals, and manage invoice distribution.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email, identifying needs and proposing solutions.
• Log, update, and route all requests according to the Procedures Manual and SLA requirements.
• Escalate issues following established escalation procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in a contact centre or customer relationship management role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2) and French (B2).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Good time‑management and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, including typing.
