Custom Project Manager - Support Services Delivery

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Custom Project Manager for Support Services Delivery in Heredia, Costa Rica. The role is hybrid, with about two days per week spent in an HPE office. It covers scoping, planning, executing and closing custom support projects, acting as the main contact between clients and internal teams, and includes inventory management, entitlement support, billing and invoicing and case management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, resources, timelines and deliverables
• Liaise with clients to understand their support needs and manage expectations
• Oversee inventory requests and tracking, including monthly or quarterly true-ups
• Manage customer entitlements and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate billing and invoicing of purchase orders
• Monitor cases, identify escalations and work with support teams to resolve them
• Collaborate with technical support, engineering, operations and sales teams
• Lead or take part in customer-facing and internal support meetings
• Identify risks and issues early, maintain documentation and report regularly
• Ensure quality and look for continuous improvement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent project management experience may be considered
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting
• Preferred: project management or related role experience, and a certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or ITIL
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong client-facing skills and excellent organization, communication and problem-solving skills
