Creative Program Manager (Remote)

About the role

Beyondsoft is looking for a Creative Program Manager to oversee the execution and day-to-day processes of creative projects supporting high-profile, high-impact business initiatives. The role builds partnerships with the creative team, manages creative development and production, and drives alignment across business partners and external agencies. It is a fully remote position on a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Create merchandising and marketing campaigns that elevate clients' brands across online and offline channels
• Work with internal clients to define standards for different work requests
• Grow the team's knowledge of production best practices and keep up with new technological solutions for better creative workflows
• Communicate design rationale clearly and respectfully across all stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects and overlapping deadlines while building trust with stakeholders and team members

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Creative Program Manager, Project Manager or in a related role
• 1+ year of experience managing creative and brand development processes
• Preferred: experience managing creative projects across digital, social, OOH, video and print channels, and a track record in a creative agency or in-house team
• Preferred: experience with global or geographically diverse teams, vendor management and contract negotiations, and expertise in print production and press checks
• Preferred: B2B, transportation and/or logistics design experience

Required skills

• English B2+ or higher
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision
• Problem-solving and communication skills
• Preferred: proficiency with creative process and project management platforms
