Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

As a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent you will manage international travel arrangements for both clients and employees, ensuring smooth journeys across multiple time zones and regulatory environments. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire and related services according to requirements and budget.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes, identify savings and efficiency opportunities, and propose improvements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passport, visa and travel regulations for multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate flights, housing, benefits and compensation packages, often working with relocation firms or government agencies.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Good command of English.
