Consultant, Ad Operations

About the role

TransUnion is seeking a Consultant, Ad Operations to join its Measurement Integration Operations team. The role serves as a subject‑matter expert responsible for driving operational excellence across the Data Management Platform and Multi‑Touch Attribution (MTA) client ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee seamless execution of ad‑tech integrations and maintain consistent delivery workflows.
• Monitor data quality, identify issues, and lead rapid resolution across external platforms.
• Prioritize and manage operational initiatives, collaborating with Product, Sales, Engineering and external partners.
• Document processes, create scalable solutions, and drive continuous improvement of platform performance.
• Provide clear, actionable guidance to internal teams and clients, translating technical concepts into business value.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in Advertising Operations, Ad Tech, or Digital Media Operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to diagnose root causes and recommend solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical information to non‑technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and build trust with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX‑MATCH).
• Experience with cloud file servers such as Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, or FTP.
• Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and SQL.
