Collections Junior Analyst – Invoice to Cash

About the role

The Collections Junior Analyst will support the end‑to‑end Invoice to Cash process within the Business Service Center of Bosch Service Solutions. The role involves daily collection tasks, account reconciliation and customer communication, working under the guidance of an expert or senior analyst.

Key responsibilities

• Research and reconcile overdue accounts and invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of past‑due accounts and collection activities.
• Process and send statements; maintain customer files.
• Perform portfolio auditing and meet audit deadlines.
• Handle customer communications, follow up on payments, resolve deductions, short pays, debit memos and unused credits.
• Manage low‑risk portfolio and support POA, MEC, assigned accounts.
• Meet SLA targets on the Get Paid queue and maintain a 2‑day email response time.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives and internal status meetings.
• Provide telephone and email support; collaborate within a team environment.
• Attend internal training and perform other related functions.

Profile sought

• Currently enrolled in accounting or a related field of study.
• Basic understanding of finance and accounts receivable processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Familiarity with accounting software (general mention).
