Client Service Specialist

About the role

Moody's is looking for a Client Service Specialist to provide high‑quality support for Moody’s Analytics products, building strong client relationships and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service for Moody’s Analytics’ industry‑leading products.
• Communicate with clients courteously, professionally, accurately and promptly.
• Manage and appropriately escalate client requests while maintaining ownership through resolution.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Research, Data and Analyst teams.
• Capture and share client feedback on product features and functionality.
• Create and maintain content for the Moody’s Analytics Knowledge Base.
• Support new product launches and business initiatives.
• Identify potential sales and up‑sell opportunities and route them to the appropriate teams.

• Strong customer service orientation with clear, professional communication.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, persisting to resolution.
• Strong verbal, written and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Creativity, flexibility, enthusiasm and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of artificial‑intelligence concepts and interest in responsible AI practices.
