Civil Engineer / Architect – Project Supervision & Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a qualified civil engineer or architect to lead the supervision and coordination of roofing projects involving asphalt and metal tiles (Decra). The professional will act as the bridge between clients, technical teams, and management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Control material usage and verify compliance with technical specifications.
• Conduct on‑site technical visits to assess conditions and take measurements.
• Coordinate installation work for asphalt and metal roofing systems from the office.
• Participate in post‑sale service and generate material requisition tickets.
• Support operational tasks such as booking accommodation and meals according to work schedules.
• Prepare technical reports and assist management with administrative duties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Professional registration with the relevant engineering board (preferred).
• Valid B1 driving license.
• 2–3 years of experience supervising construction projects, preferably in roofing installations.
• Willingness to travel outside the Greater Metropolitan Area.
• Experience managing operational personnel.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Odoo.
