Change Manager

About the role

As a Change Manager at CBRE you will support clients in designing and delivering change initiatives. You will work closely with project teams to gather data, develop communication materials and facilitate workshops that help organisations transition smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse data from surveys, focus groups and client meetings.
• Develop change management artefacts such as playbooks, charters, FAQs, welcome guides, communication plans and surveys.
• Support and facilitate kick‑off events, status updates, information sessions and training workshops.
• Create visual reports and presentations that summarise findings and recommendations.
• Produce digital and print collateral using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Present deliverables in oral, written and visual formats, ensuring alignment with client strategic goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in change management or consulting.
• Advanced English communication skills (spoken, written and reading).
• Strong organisational abilities and an inquisitive mindset.

Required skills

• Microsoft PowerPoint (design and presentation).
• Microsoft Word (formatting and style).
• Microsoft Excel (data editing, chart and graph creation).
• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (preferred).
• Familiarity with 3D modelling software (a plus).
