Candidate Experience Associate – LATAM

About the role

The Candidate Experience Associate – LATAM will own end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of positions across Latin America, focusing on South LATAM markets. Reporting to the CX Manager, you will partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and regional stakeholders to deliver a seamless hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment from requisition through onboarding, ensuring compliance with global CX procedures and regional nuances.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies and selection criteria tailored to the LATAM talent market.
• Manage internal offer processes via Workday and support external candidate negotiations, including compensation and benefits discussions.
• Promote Pfizer’s employer brand and benefits programme to attract top talent in a competitive market.
• Meet or exceed recruitment KPIs aligned with global and regional CX targets.
• Implement strategic sourcing techniques such as talent mapping, networking and digital outreach to build strong pipelines.
• Participate in global and regional CX projects focused on process improvement, compliance and technology adoption.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in electronic and physical formats.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably external recruitment.
• Fluency in Portuguese and professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Strong consultative and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with LATAM labor markets and recruitment dynamics.
