Business Development Operations Specialist

About the role

Europe Express is seeking a Business Development Operations Specialist to support its growing network of travel advisors and partners. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will act as the connective tissue between advisors, external partners, and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives, events, and onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the Business Development calendar, coordinating marketing activities, events, trainings, and webinars with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track campaign performance, leads, and participation metrics, and manage post‑event surveys and follow‑up.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HubSpot and Talkdesk queries, providing routine support and reporting.
• Create and update process guides, templates, and best‑practice documentation.
• Own the registration and onboarding experience for new Travel Advisors, driving early engagement and first‑quote submissions.
• Identify recurring onboarding challenges and recommend improvements to enhance the advisor experience.
