Business Development Manager (CCTV/Electronic Security)

About the role

Join Dahua Technology, a global leader in security solutions, as a Business Development Manager focusing on CCTV and electronic security. You will drive growth in vertical markets by understanding client needs and building strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and cultivate relationships with key CCTV/Electronic Security accounts, including system integrators, large installers and end users.
• Lead the local system integrator sales team and achieve annual sales targets and gross profit margins.
• Support customers throughout pre‑ and post‑sales phases, from design to implementation.
• Identify, monitor and advance opportunities through the commit and win stages.
• Gather customer feedback to influence product development and increase market share.
• Develop account strategies to meet revenue goals and maintain strategic corporate relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Commercial Relations or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business development within the CCTV/Electronic Security verticals across sectors such as retail, utilities, smart cities, government, health, hospitality, etc.
• Deep knowledge of tender processes, integrators and end‑user networks.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and closing abilities, with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, persistent and able to work independently to achieve targets.
