Bilingual IT Systems Engineer

About the role

Mozarc Medical is looking for a motivated bilingual Intermediate IT Systems Engineer to join its growing IT team. The role supports the design, deployment, and ongoing management of modern IT infrastructure in a hybrid environment, with a focus on Microsoft cloud services, on‑premises systems, and network security.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Azure AD/Entra ID and manage user/device lifecycle.
• Maintain Active Directory, group policies, and authentication services.
• Deploy, configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, wireless APs, and Windows Server environments.
• Manage NAS solutions, DNS, DHCP and core network services.
• Support Azure resources including VMs, networking, storage and identity.
• Assist with SD‑WAN and SASE implementation and provide hands‑on support for Cisco Meraki networks.
• Maintain secure connectivity using Cato Networks, Check Point SASE and Harmony.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, incident response and documentation.

Required profile

• Fluent oral and written Spanish and English.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft cloud and on‑premises infrastructure.
• Willingness to travel internationally and be onsite weekly.
• Availability for occasional off‑hours critical incident support.
