B2B Sales Development Representative – Bilingual

About the role

The B2B Sales Development Representative – Bilingual will engage prospects across multiple channels to showcase the value of our client’s products and services. This position focuses on high‑volume inbound and outbound outreach, qualifying leads and moving them through the sales funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Adopt a customer‑first approach to uncover business objectives and maximize value.
• Manage high‑volume inbound and outbound sales motions via phone, email, video and social media.
• Identify alternative contacts using tools such as Sales Navigator and other desk‑research methods.
• Maintain strict adherence to response‑time SLAs and mandatory sales cadences.
• Actively manage and update the sales pipeline in Salesforce, documenting all interactions.
• Transition qualified leads to the onboarding team and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support continuous learning.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 1.5 years in B2B consultative sales or account management.
• Proven track record in cold calling, lead generation and qualification.
• Fluent in English (B2+ level) and able to communicate effectively on phone and video calls.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑changing start‑up environment.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience.
