AWS/AI Solutions Architect

About the role

3Pillar Global is seeking an AWS/AI Solutions Architect to lead AI‑driven delivery across client engagements. You will design and build architectures that embed AI agents throughout the software development lifecycle, while acting as the primary technical authority for client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI‑agentic architectures across requirements gathering, code generation, testing, documentation, and release management.
• Set technical standards for AI‑assisted versus human‑in‑the‑loop processes to ensure quality, compliance, and client trust.
• Stay hands‑on in the codebase, reviewing and validating AI‑driven approaches and feeding findings back into delivery practices.
• Collaborate with clients during solutioning, shaping architecture, feasibility, and pre‑SOW technical proposals.
• Own end‑to‑end architecture on cloud platforms, manage risk, and influence long‑term technical vision.
• Mentor engineers through Communities of Practice and lead technical vision within business domains.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years experience as a Software or Solutions Architect with hands‑on cloud and AI tooling.
• Strong communication skills in English, able to interact with global teams and executive‑level clients.
• Proven ability to lead Agile development and manage multiple parallel projects.

Required skills

• AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, S3.
• Architectural modeling: UML, C4, ArchiMate.
• DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with AI/agentic delivery models and human‑in‑the‑loop oversight.
• Agile software development methodologies.
