Associate Sourcing Manager

About the role

Workday is seeking an Associate Sourcing Manager to support its Source‑to‑Pay process. In this fast‑paced position you will handle a high volume of low‑to‑medium dollar sourcing projects, ensuring timely and cost‑effective procurement of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sourcing projects aligned with category strategies for low‑to‑medium dollar spend.
• Manage a large number of sourcing requests using standardized procedures.
• Create, review and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Negotiate pricing, service level agreements and other commercial terms with suppliers.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate supplier‑related risks.
• Run low‑complexity RFQs and quick‑bid processes to identify best‑value suppliers.
• Prioritise use of preferred and existing suppliers whenever possible.
• Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs for project completion and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate data in procurement systems.

Required profile

• Highly motivated and efficient professional with strong understanding of procurement and sourcing principles.
• Ability to manage high‑volume, low‑value sourcing projects in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and risk‑assessment capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
