Business Governance & Risk Analyst

About the role

Join Experian's Consumer Services Business Governance team as a Business Governance & Risk Analyst. You will support the smooth operation of governance reporting, control testing, and documentation across multiple departments, helping to safeguard the company’s risk posture.

Key responsibilities

• Review and create risk‑related controls to support the risk governance process.
• Prepare detailed reports on findings and deliver insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, operations, and product teams to develop governance materials and presentations.
• Administer selected governance processes, host meetings, and present content.
• Document governance and risk‑management processes, including flow charts and diagrams.
• Analyze business processes to identify risks and inefficiencies, recommending improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in governance, risk management, auditing, or compliance.
• Confidence presenting to groups and facilitating meetings.
