Associate Recruiter (Bilingual)

About the role

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and is responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment activities. The role balances sourcing (about 70%) with talent‑acquisition operations (about 30%) to help the organization attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle requisitions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from posting to onboarding.
• Create compelling job postings, source and pre‑screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate post‑interview calibration.
• Extend offers, conduct reference/background checks, and support new‑hire onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a seamless hiring manager experience.
• Execute recruiting plans, organize on‑site job fairs, and leverage all sourcing channels.
• Develop university/college relations, support internship and referral programs, and maintain a healthy talent pipeline.
• Serve as a super‑user for the BrassRing ATS, provide support, and lead Workday/BrassRing enhancements.
• Educate hiring managers on talent‑acquisition processes and contribute to process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a multinational environment.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with an Applicant Tracking System.
• University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills, especially with hiring managers.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) expertise (e.g., BrassRing).
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Experience with Workday and BrassRing platforms.
• Knowledge of social‑media recruiting tools.
