Asistente de Marketing y Comunicaciones

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Assistant to support the H&M Costa Rica franchise. The role provides operational support to the Marketing and Communications team, handling coordination, follow‑up and administrative tasks under supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general operational and administrative support to the marketing and communications team, including supplier creation requests.
• Assist in tracking and reporting on campaigns, activations and influencer collaborations, gathering photographic evidence, screenshots and supporting materials.
• Support the coordination, execution and supervision of in‑store activations, store opening events and off‑site events, working with suppliers and stores to ensure brand guidelines are followed.
• Help prepare proposals and pre‑select influencer and content‑creator profiles according to defined guidelines.
• Contact influencers and content creators for quotations and assist in campaign negotiations under supervision.
• Draft briefs for influencers and content creators.
• Manage follow‑up with content creators in shopping centres according to established guidelines.
• Oversee loaned garment management for influencers, including return tracking.
• Execute gifting actions, supporting product selection, packaging and delivery coordination.

Required profile

• Clear and open communication.
• Team‑player attitude with flexibility.
• Goal‑oriented mindset and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar marketing or communications role.
• Completed studies in Marketing or a related field.
