About the role

Join a dynamic, warm culture at Grupo Unicomer as an HR Advisor. You will coordinate, administer, and manage HR programs that support the talent cycle, enhance employee engagement, and improve performance across back‑office and point‑of‑sale teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify development needs and implement action plans.
• Oversee the talent cycle, including performance reviews, 9‑box assessments, and development plans.
• Recruit operational and administrative positions.
• Advise leaders on disciplinary processes and employee separations.
• Conduct site visits to points of sale.
• Lead organizational climate surveys and ensure their execution.
• Investigate ethical cases.
• Support studies on organizational structure, job descriptions, productivity, and headcount.
• Manage onboarding, payroll entry, and personnel movements.
• Achieve assigned KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an HR focus, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Proficiency with the full Office 365 suite and intermediate Excel skills.
• Own vehicle and a valid B1 driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
• Knowledge of local labor legislation.
