Aseptic Process Operator – Shift B

About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking an Aseptic Process Operator for Shift B to perform liquid filtration and filling of IVF media in a regulated clean‑room environment. The role supports the production of sterile medical devices used in fertility and women’s healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Perform aseptic liquid filtration and fill IVF media into bottles and micro‑vials using automated or manual equipment within ISO‑classified clean rooms.
• Conduct disinfection and cleaning of critical machine areas during start‑up, changeovers, and shutdown.
• Transfer materials to and from the cleanroom while maintaining sterile barriers.
• Prepare filling line sets, including component washing, assembly, and sterilization (dry‑heat or steam).
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, cGMP, and company policies.
• Assist with sampling and material identification for quality‑control inspections.
• Complete batch records and documentation in accordance with GDP/GMP guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of rooms, equipment, and storage areas.
• Escalate issues promptly to lead or supervisor and support teamwork to meet production goals.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (Bachillerato).
• Minimum 2 years experience working in clean rooms within the medical, pharmaceutical, or related industry.
• Experience with aseptic filling, packaging, or related processes and basic microbiology knowledge.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and manuals.
• Proficiency with standard units of measurement and basic calculations (percentages, volume, weight).
• Capability to follow procedures meticulously and work in clean‑room attire for extended periods.
• Basic English reading skills (A1 level is a plus).
