Web Designer – Remote (Costa Rica)

About the role

Smartsheet’s Brand Studio is looking for a Web Designer to craft high‑quality, on‑brand web pages and visual assets that drive conversions for our marketing initiatives. This remote‑eligible position is based in Costa Rica and works within an established web design system.

Key responsibilities

• Create and launch conversion‑focused landing pages, campaign hubs, and lightweight web animations.
• Develop low‑fidelity wireframes to plan visual composition before building in Drupal.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to iterate designs for A/B testing.
• Work with Motion Designers to implement LottieFiles animations using JSON.
• Use the Figma component library to produce mockups without altering system‑level components.
• Build and manage pages in Drupal, passing completed work to DXO for publishing.
• Document processes, share knowledge with peers, and advocate for production efficiencies.

Required profile

• Must reside in Costa Rica and be able to work remotely.
• Strong visual execution skills within a predefined design system.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping priorities.
• Collaborative mindset across design, UX, and analytics teams.
