Graphic Designer

About the role

Ulteig is looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join its Costa Rica team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Corporate Communications and working closely with the Brand & Marketing team, you will help shape visual assets that support internal and external communication and reinforce the company’s brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce digital and print assets such as presentations, newsletters, digital signage, intranet content, emails, social media graphics and campaign materials.
• Create and maintain templates, layouts and branded collateral in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Brand team to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
• Update employee photography and visual materials, and support merchandise design, ordering and inventory.
• Translate communication objectives into clear visuals for meetings, town halls, executive presentations, recruitment campaigns and culture initiatives.
• Participate in concept development sessions and provide creative recommendations.
• Manage digital asset libraries, ensure accuracy and quality, and incorporate stakeholder feedback.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional graphic design or visual communications experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work.
• Detail‑oriented with a solid understanding of typography and brand standards.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
• Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Canva or similar design tools (plus).
• Microsoft Copilot and AI‑assisted design tools.
