Senior Specialist, Design

About the role

JLL is looking for a Senior Specialist, Design to create visual communications that support sales initiatives for its Property Management and Public Institution teams. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate strategy and audience insights into compelling graphics across the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Gather project requirements and develop designs that clearly convey messages and drive emotional impact.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across time zones, including sellers, sales enablement, proposal and solution managers.
• Produce high‑quality visual assets for both digital and print, adhering to JLL brand guidelines and customized branding for clients.
• Maintain consistency in creative strategy by partnering with other designers and ensuring timely delivery.
• Stay updated on visual design standards, processes and emerging trends.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and iterate designs to meet expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
• 5‑6 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or communications agency.
• Proven ability to work independently under deadline pressure on multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and a team‑oriented attitude.
