Trainee Recruiter – Entry-Level Remote Position

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Young Professional Trainee Recruiter and start your career in talent acquisition. You will work remotely, supporting senior recruiters throughout the full hiring cycle while learning the fundamentals of sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on various job boards and career platforms.
• Assist in candidate sourcing using LinkedIn and other talent‑search tools.
• Review applications and conduct initial resume screenings under senior guidance.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Participate in recruitment training sessions and team meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in recruitment and people‑focused roles.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
