TikTok Shop & Marketplace Operations Specialist

About the role

A remote TikTok Shop and marketplace operations specialist is needed to run the day-to-day operations of a TikTok Shop focused on apparel and footwear, plus Shein, Stadium Goods and a future Shopify storefront. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM EST, with a salary of $1,400-$2,000 USD per month, with room for a higher rate for candidates with extensive TikTok Shop Seller Center experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok Shop account health daily in Seller Center and draft, file and follow up on appeals for listing violations, product qualifications and shop-level actions, gathering invoices, brand authorizations and product evidence.
• Manage the return and refund queue, work with the returns processor, track return reasons and rates by product, and handle customer messages tied to orders and returns.
• Create and maintain TikTok Shop listings for apparel and footwear, keep them aligned with the Amazon catalog via a UPC-based product map, and fix suppressed or deactivated listings.
• Handle Shein, Stadium Goods and Shopify listings and orders, monitor their account health and keep the same logs and root-cause tracking.
• Run the recurring inventory sync between TikTok Shop, listing exports and Amazon FBA, document procedures as SOPs with Loom walkthroughs, and report a weekly operations summary.

Required profile

• 1+ year of hands-on experience running a TikTok Shop (US market) from the seller side; creator-side or affiliate-only experience does not qualify on its own.
• Direct experience with TikTok Shop account health appeals, the returns and refunds queue, and multi-variant listings.
• Organized and reliable with recurring queues, able to own a daily checklist and keep logs current.
• Excellent written English and strong working proficiency with AI tools, especially Claude (a Pro account is provided).
