About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Telefonista to join our contact centre supporting Universidad Central. The primary mission is to answer incoming calls, guide prospective students and provide clear information about academic programmes, benefits and enrollment plans.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and route inbound calls from prospective students.
- Provide accurate information on degree programmes, scholarships, and student services.
- Assist callers in understanding admission procedures and enrollment timelines.
- Document interactions in the centre’s CRM system.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Strong listening ability and customer‑focused attitude.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced call environment.
