About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Technician to provide on‑site IT assistance to internal users, ensuring hardware and software operate smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Deliver hardware and software support to internal staff.
Install, configure and maintain computers, printers and other peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to operating systems, networks and office applications.
Document procedures, incidents and solutions in both English and Spanish.
Work closely with the IT department to maintain operational continuity and information security.

Required profile

Minimum three years of experience in IT support.
Fluent English (spoken and written) for user communication and technical reporting.
Availability to work on‑site in San Jose, preferably with a personal vehicle.

Required skills

Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
Network configuration – routers, switches, Wi‑Fi and structured cabling.
Microsoft Office suite and email applications.
Diagnostic and troubleshooting tools for hardware and software issues.
