Senior Full Stack Product Engineer

About the role

You own customer and business outcomes, not tickets. You work like a forward‑deployed engineer: your home base is a core team, and you deploy into projects, initiatives, and pods where the problem is, ship the outcome across the full stack (React on the frontend, Node.js and Python services on AWS), then carry what you learned back so the next team moves faster.

Key responsibilities

• Own outcomes end‑to‑end, framing problems, designing, shipping and owning metrics.
• Stay close to customers by shadowing sales and support, using their feedback to drive technical decisions.
• Build and scale responsive, accessible React interfaces backed by Node.js and Python services on AWS.
• Design and maintain cloud batch platforms and data pipelines (Step Functions, Airflow) for multi‑tenant products.
• Architect AI‑driven workflows, leveraging tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, and identify product opportunities unlocked by AI.

Required profile

• Proven track record of shipping end‑to‑end products and owning business outcomes.
• Strong product judgment: ability to descoped experiments, push back on bad specs and make fast decisions.
• Comfort embedding quickly in unfamiliar teams and codebases, leaving them better than found.

Required skills

• React (component lifecycle, state management, rendering optimization)
• JavaScript / TypeScript and modern CSS
• Node.js and Python for backend services and RESTful APIs
• AWS core services: Lambda, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway
• Workflow orchestration: Step Functions, Airflow (or similar)
• AI‑assisted development tools: Cursor, Claude Code, OpenAI/Claude models
