About the role
We are looking for a Technical Support Technician to provide on‑site IT assistance to internal users, ensuring hardware and software operate smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver hardware and software support to internal staff.
- Install, configure and maintain computers, printers and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to operating systems, networks and office applications.
- Document procedures, incidents and solutions in both English and Spanish.
- Work closely with the IT department to maintain operational continuity and information security.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience in IT support.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) for user communication and technical reporting.
- Availability to work on‑site in San Jose, preferably with a personal vehicle.
Required skills
- Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Network configuration – routers, switches, Wi‑Fi and structured cabling.
- Microsoft Office suite and email applications.
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting tools for hardware and software issues.
