Team Lead - Outbound Sales

About the role

ClearSource is seeking an experienced Team Lead to drive its outbound sales efforts. You will manage a high‑performing group of sales representatives, conduct cold‑calling activities, and ensure exceptional customer experiences aligned with the company’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives to meet performance goals.
• Perform outbound calls and cold‑calling to generate new sales opportunities.
• Assist existing homeowners with policy renewals or transitions.
• Enforce attendance, schedule adherence, and company policy compliance.
• Monitor sales metrics and drive the team to exceed targets.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing support to team members.
• Maintain accurate daily sales tracker updates.
• Participate in meetings promptly and respond to communications via Teams and email.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales and outbound cold‑calling experience.
• At least 1 year of team‑lead or supervisory experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
