Talent Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

The Talent Quality Auditor ensures high‑quality standards across all Talent Acquisition interactions. Working remotely, you will audit candidate calls, screening interviews and written communications to maintain consistent hiring excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end quality audits across Talent Acquisition processes, including calls, screenings, emails and workflows, ensuring adherence to defined standards, scorecards and KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues and risk patterns, documenting findings with high accuracy and detail.
• Propose adjustments to audit frameworks, processes and evaluation criteria to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing or Quality Control.
• Proven experience auditing operational processes and evaluating performance against defined standards, scorecards or KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data review and written documentation.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and communicate clearly in English.

• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
